They will Be Assessed throughout the year on the basis of class performance and activities.

For Class III – X
Scholastic Area
1. There will Be Four Periodic written test in the whole academic year. The first periodic test will be conducted in the month of May, second periodic test will be conducted in the month of August and third periodic test will be conducted in the month of November, Fourth periodic test will be conducted in the month of January. There will be 2 Terms.1st term will be in the month of September . 2nd term will be conducted in the month of March. For the purpose of internal assessment , the marks secured by the student in the periodic tests , note book submission and his/ her performance / interaction in the class will be considered . The Following table shows the marks distribution :

*Student has to secure 33% mark out of 80marks in each subject for promotion to the next class .

Co scholastic activities In order to ensure the holistic development of the students , each child will be graded on a 5- point grading scale (A to E )on the basis of Work Education , Art Education , Health & Physical Education and over all discipline which will include parameters like attendance and adherence to the school rules in general .

. 90% attendance is compulsory for promotion

For the students appearing in the Board Exam (X , XII), there will be a compulsory Pre- Board Exam in the month of December /January .

Pupils absent from an examination for any reason will not be re-examined.

Absent from one or two subject involves loss of marks for those subject and excludes the pupils from securing a grade .

Willful breach of any of the regulations pertaining to the conduct of examinations is punishable with expulsion from the examination .

Results declared at the end of the school year are final and are not reconsidered nor are the answer papers shown .

The report card will be uploaded on the school portal of the respective Students .
