1. The school fee is to be paid quarterly before the 10th of every quarter (However, for the convenience of the parents/guardians, the fee can be paid quarterly in the following manner).

   April-May-June By 15th April
   July-August-September By 15th of July
   October-November-December By 15th of October
   January-February-March By 15th of January
   

2. You are requested to fill in all three copies of After the due date of every quarter.
3. Late Fee: If paid between 16-25 of due month Rs.150/- If paid with next instalment Rs.300/- Cheque Bounsing Charges Rs.300
4. All fee payments including after due date payments may be paid online or by cheque / Demand Draft. No outstation / post dated cheques will be accepted. Parents can avail the online facility to pay the School Fee through the parent's e-care panel/mobile app by using the parent's login ID.
5. The Cheque should be drawn in favour of St. Clare’s convent school for Class I to XII and St.Clare’s Pre-Primary School for LKG & UKG. Please mention the student's name, class, section and mobile number overleaf. The fee payment made by cheques / Demand Drafts can be deposited at Federal bank
6. In case of withdrawal a month ‘s notice should be submitted in wrinting or a month’s fee is to be paid in lieu of notice .
7. Fees paid are not refundable
8. If the fee is not paid for more than two installments , the students name will be struck off from the school rolls. Readmission, if granted , will be done on payment of readmission fee.
9. Children who fail to clear all dues on time will not be allowed to appear for their tests. No transfer certificate etc. will be issued until all school dues are paid.
