Dear Parents,

1. All fees should be deposited in the Bank between 1st and 15th of the month as per the fee schedule between 10.00 AM and 2.00 PM on week days and on Saturdays between 10.00 AM and 12 Noon, if the last date happens to be a Bank Holiday, then fee can be deposited on the proceeding working day.
2. You are requested to fill in all three copies of the receipts, all entries including Full Name, Class, Section and Admission No. etc carefully.
3. From 16th to 20th a late fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged. Thereafter the fee will be accepted with the next installment with a fine of Rs. 100/-. Bank has no authority to waive off the fine and accept the fee after the due date.
4. Do not remove the voucher from the fee book but present the whole book while making the payment.
5. Cheques if bounced under any circumstances will amount to non-payment of fee for which a fine of Rs. 200/- will be charged.
6. It will be sole responsibility of the parents to submit the fees on time. The school holds no responsibility to remind the parents from the same.
7. Loss of Fee Book has to be informed in the school office immediately; a duplicate copy can be obtained on payment of Rs. 50/-from the school office.

You are requested to deposit fees in the bank at the earliest so as to avoid crowding during last 3-4 days causing delay at the cash receipt counters.
